JBJ 3g Picotope Lighting

So I just ordered a Picotope I was wondering if I just put a Par 38 over it if that would be to much light.

I used the Boost LED Par 30 (5 3w LED's vs 7) with the gooseneck mount on my JBJ 3 gal pico. It was plenty of light. I think 21w might be a little much.

I use a Ecoxotic Panorama Pro (19watts, 12k/453nm combo) on my picotope and think it's probably a little too much light. Everything has survived and grown and looks pretty good though. Setup has been running like this for a year now.
