JBJ Ocean Stream review.

So, I took the plunge today for 115 bucks and got JBJ's Ocean stream 2x1600gph current oscillator.

Looking over the instructions it seems as though these power heads are designed for this on/off application, only time will tell if they are but they seem like nice solid power heads. The magnet holders are nice and solid as well but the pivot point seems a little weak.

The "wave maker" is super easy to use and is about as plug and play as it gets. It offers an always on option for both power heads as well as 10 second - 6 min intervals, just turn the dial to what you want.

Here are a couple pic's of the product out of the box, and installed. Sorry the tank looks all cloudy I did a WC and cleaned out the skimmer while I was in the tank. Also is a youtube link so you can see what the 30sec interval looks like on the anemone.

Thanks for the review. Do you feel that the 1200 is too much for your tank or just right? I have a 57G Deep Blue and was thinking about the 500Gph kit. Do these make any noise at all?
