Jebao Apex / Reef Angel cables 25$ ea.

Anyone know the min and max. voltage needed for Diablo DC pumps yet? Also, I'm ready to make up cords for Jeabo's so just let me know if how many and if you want one that controls one pump or two.. Thx

I don't have a multi-meter but anyone with one is welcome to come over and record what they need or I can bring it to an LFS and we can test it there. Just LMK.

frogg, I will for sure take 2x Single Jebao cables

m-six, I need to know that the controller on that DC pump wants 1-5v analog. My cables cut the voltage in half and do not convert pwm to analog. They are designed to reduce the 1-10v analog that the Apex puts out to a 1-5volt analog that the Jeabos use. So I need to confirm this, unless you are wanting to take a chance of it not working.

So the double cable allows two channels of control through the Apex, correct? Each pump would be independently controllable through the VDM?

2 vsp ports = 1 ethernet jack

2 vsp ports = 1 ethernet jack

That is correct, you would plug this into the vsp port 1&2 or 3&4. Your pumps are independently controlled by two ports. Each ethernet jack controls two variable speed ports, and can therefor independently control two pumps.

I'd also be interested... I have a couple dc10000's I'd like to control via my apex.... Shoot me a PM with price and I can PayPal money. Thanks!!

ETA: I just reread the thread, if you haven't gotten voltage readings on the diablo/speedwave/waveline DC series pumps, let me know. Mine will be here tomorrow and I have. Meter... Thanks again

Idk if your making cables or not anymore...if not I Ann going to look into making them, sounds like a zener diode with some resistors and the right connectors, shouldn't be too hard, if your still making them Id rather pay to be lazy lol so lemme know

Hey guys,
Bowels, please do make a bunch of these for folks. Many people contact me wanting them, but I'm too busy to get any more done (havn't even made my own yet!). I wasn't using a zener (don't know what it does) but I was using two resistors to make a voltage dividing circuit to knock the 1-10 volt analog coming from the apex, down to the 1-5 volt analog that the pumps are looking for. If you need part numbers for the waterproof LED connectors and the DC jack size, let me know and I'll dig them up..
Thx

Too bad, I've been waiting to see what the response was going to be. I've been looking to get 3 for my pumps also. Do you know anyone else who makes them?
