I use a DCT 4000 on a 75 on setting 6 of 10. It really is going to depend on your plumbing setup and headloss. That tank is drilled on the bottom and has very short pipe runs, and I use Spa-Flex for the return line.
Yeah, my head loss is only 2.87... very minimal. I almost got a DCT 6000 but glad I didn't. It is really gonna come down to plumbing. You could always get the newer DCP version and get even more. The DCT is the 2nd version of the return pump. It went DC-DCT-DCS-DCP. I got a DCT 4000 cause they were only like $65.00 and the DCP wasn't out yet.
