Jebao pumps and wavenaker

I bought a jebao doser last week and it works great! So,that being said, ive had my eye on their wavemaker too. Even before the doser. Now, I see they have a WP,RR,and some other series available. Which is (wait for it)....the latest and greatest model? I'm using these on a 92 gallon corner display. I'm guessing I'll only need 2 to get the desired effect of whichever model. Accurate?

I had 2 RW15s on my 6ft 125 and it was to much. I currently 2 RW8s running on it and its perfect. As far as the different series of pumps you have

WP Series- this was the first series of pumps, good strong pumps but they had a very narrow stream (have had these)
RW Series- This was the second series of pumps, these were also strong but offered a much wider flow pattern (currently using these)
PP Series- These are the same as the RW series but the upgraded the magnets.
(havent used these yet)

If it were me I would get a pair of RW or PP series pumps for you size tank.

I have 2 WP60's and holy cow do they move some water hahaha I've had to dial them back to keep the sand from being completely blown around. Having said that I'm using them as wave makers on my big tank right now and they are awesome! (tank is 8ftx6ft)

I've owned the WPs (25 and 40) and the RWs (8 and 15). Both pumps are capable of moving a great deal of water; however, the WPs lose water pushing power rapidly if not cleaned on a regular schedule (every 2 weeks). I did not encounter this to the same degree with the RWs.

Happy Reefing!
