Jebao WP25 Information

I've gotten most of my information from Wynstan and his info seems to be pretty accurate so far.

He was the one that told me Reef Angel would be selling the units stand alone and I confirmed that with Roberto about 5 days before he put it up on his site.

Wystan is never wrong! :celeb3:
What I heard is that Reef Angel bought stand alone pump with Jebao. However I am not sure if they are going to sell them with their own controllers or stand alone.

What we order or what they will sell comes with controller and is the magnet base.

Here is more confirmed info about size, from the picture, I believe these are accurate.
WP40 WP25
Body Diameter 94mm 70mm
Body Height 120mm 90mm
Output Diameter 58mm 40mm

And the maximum flow rate is 8000l/h (2100G/H), not previously said 3000l/h. Which based what we saw in the vid, makes more sense now.

Macboat, great comparison pictures! It will be great to see the 2100gph flow rate in WP25. I like what I see so far.

Actually customer service is great. The LFS that's carrying it around here is taking care of all customer service in our area.

That might just be your LFS, not the manufacture. Not sure how to get customer service from manufacture since they are far far away.

You're right but what more can we ask for? I mean not everyone will do it but any problems that we have will get taken care of.

Has Wystan said anything about having the ability to dial down the wp25 or will we have to purchase a variable voltage power supply to do that?

Yes. He told me that they were adding a speed control to the controller on the WP25.
This was a while ago when they were still in the testing phase, so who know the final product will be when it is release.

I have another e-mail into him to confirm what he has told me in the past and the fact that it is in production now and should be release soon.

Waiting for a reply back.

As soon as I have info I will post it.

Macboat;

Reel Angel did order the stand alone WP40's and he says he has an order for stand alone WP25's when they are released. He said he is expecting them this week, but who knows for sure.

He has been selling the WP40 on his site with the modified cable to connect the pump to the Reef Angel. for about the same as Fish-Street.

This is the pump and RA Cable only.

I don't know what he will be selling the WP25 for, but I'm GUESSING $80 plus shipping.

does anyone know the g/h for certain?

I'm reading around 4-5 different sites at the very least and numbers quoted are all different and relatively recent. Everyone is quoting a sales person/someone from Jebo or Fishstreet as their point person for the numbers.

I'm seeing from 800g/h to 2100 g/h.

Another site is currently suggests that this is about 1400 gh.
Additionally, more than 3 sites are suggesting that there are 2 versions being shipped, one for 80 or so and the other for 30 or so (magnets).

However, all of the GBs going on right now are selling the magnetic version for 80 (less after GB).

I really need to know...
if it is 2100gh then i will buy the wp25, if lower than 1800 then I wont.
If I really do have the option of paying 30 for a 2000+g/h pump with suction cups (like all of the maxijets I've ever owned) then I'll totally pay that.

Also, is it confirmed that newly shipped pumps will include variable power supply?

Then your gonna have to wait till they are actually out and being used. Rumors everywhere like u mentioned. No hard facts.

Where else you get info? :hammer:Quote from Jebao is more accurate than that from Fishstreet. The reason you see multiple version may due to the data leaks pre-productions.

Also, is it confirmed that newly shipped pumps will include variable power supply?

Yes confirmed. No VPS. :fun2:

WP40 WP25
Body Diameter 94mm 70mm
Body Height 120mm 90mm
Output Diameter 58mm 40mm

Those numbers pretty much mean anyone with Tunze Nanostreams in their tank currently can just replace the pump (and leave the bracket) with a WP25... Size is identical. I like it =D.
