Jebao WP25 Information

I received mine today (old controller). First impression was that it felt very cheap and had some stratches on it already. I'm looking forward to setting it up and seeing how it compares to my MP10.

Wow, you paid $7.50 for the controller and shipping it.
Then they must have scammed me, when they had to replace my controller.
Like I said they charged my $10 for shipping.

This is Eric's e-mail to me...
Hi Steven,

Just pay for the shipping fee USd10 that no need to return the controller

thanks

Eric

I was mistaken. I was charged $7.50 each for the new controllers (s1,s2,s3 version).

It was $15 total for two, which I am happy with.

Still not bad.
I don't really need the controller, since i use it with my Reef Angel, but I'm curious and want to have the info in case others ask.

Who did you order from?
Just trying to see what companies are carrying the new controller and which aren't.

fish street. i sent him an email (which btw all of my emails have been quickly replied to) asking why i didn't get it, he said if you ordered before 6/12 you get the old one....oh well

got it hooked up and no biggie as full power in my 75 is perfect, although it seems they forgot to throw in a night sensor deal to plug in

You should probably check the box again for the night sensor. They are very tiny and everyone seems to be losing them when they excitedly tear into the box.

if your talking about the controller feeling cheap, then yes it does but even the tunze controllers are very light weight because there isn't much to the controller. just a circut board, knobs, buttons, and a plastic case.

Mines still overly loud. After speaking to Eric at fish street he's sending me a new pump with no charge. Hopefully this one wont be as loud. If it is I'm going to stick with my trusty Koralia 4's as they're silent now.

Eric is a reasonable guy to work with. Once you have proven your pump is purchased from FS within 6 months and not from group buy or from an eBay seller and provided him with pictures or evidence of damage, he would make it right for you quickly.

Can someone please post an email for Eric. I have sent a few emails through their site and a couple to the sales dept and I havnt heard back in over a week.
I ordered two wp25's, one has a pretty loud rattling noise going on and the other will not let me switch modes on the controller unless I press it kind of hard and multiple times, then it will respond after a few try's. not really that big of a deal but the pumps are only a week old and I figure its worth a try to get in contact with someone over there.

It would also be cool if someone posts a video of how to hook them up using the apex, stuff I read about it seems pretty complicated

Seems like they are take care of customer good as well even tho its a cheaper pump.

People where saying that there would not be any customer service....
