Jebo Filter / Skimmer 178 (HOB)

Does anyone have any experience with this skimmer? My skimming needs aren't great for my 26gal tank so I went with this one. So far I can't get any foam to rise through the top. I'm thinking it may need to break in first. That I can understand, but so far I have nothing, but noise and lots of bubbles from this thing.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

i had a jebo on a tank about 5 years ago and only used it for about 3 months but there should be an adjustment for the air line try increasing the amount of air into the system

is there any way to raise the waterlevel? reduce the outflow
