I found him in a newly established tank. It hasn't yet been fitted with any additional circulation beyond the return line, and drain line is skimming gently off the top Bean Animal / Coast to Coast - style. So this little guy has had free range to do as he pleases with no strong currents or impellers to worry about, and has probably mooched some of the fish's cyclops from the water column if i had to guess. It caught my eye as he was squirting around doing whatever it is jellies do. The darting around also caught the eye of a clownfish. The clown nipped at him a time or two, then promptly lost interest.
View from top. Symmetry of bell visible. The center of it looks like a tiny red star. Viewed from the side, the red star runs vertically thru the bell.

View from side angle, jelly located on the black background to the right side of the photo, tentacles visible.
