Now that my setup is 99% set up, I thought it was time to post here a public thank you to everyone at Premium, but Jeremy in particular.
After my fire, Jeremy went back several years into their archives to retrieve old invoices, and helped me to compile my equipment list for insurance purposes. That effort helped me to get the most out of my claim from an already unbelievably helpful State Farm process.
Then, Jeremy worked with me to get the custom tank I wanted, and all associated equipment, at the best prices anywhere, and even fenagled the vast majority to be delivered on a pallet only to switch to UPS over the holiday under the free shipping deal. Helped me to find equipment that Premium doesn't carry or that needed to be custom made, directing me to the right people to speak to.
Recently he's helped me get the livestock I want (and hopefully the fish too, wink wink buddy -- hoping for those on Friday!).
I have to say that it is more than even odds that I would not have gotten back in without Jeremy's help, and without Jason giving him the space and time to do that collecting of the old invoices.
I love this hobby, and am glad to be back in it, thanks in no small part to Jeremy Brower and everyone else at Premium Aquatics. Thank you!
