What bulb combo are you using? I'm looking to upgrade to T5s in the future, and love the colors you are getting... (I'll most likely be running a 6 bulb unit as I can't find an 8 bulb unit that is 36")

And what camera/lens are you using? Love your macro shots!!

I have one aqua blue (white) 3 purple bulbs and 4 blue bulbs

In a six bulb i'd do a white, 3 blues and 2 purples

and i have a canon digital rebel EOS with the 18-55 stock lens

Just had an earthquake but luckily everything is ok in my tank. Makes me think that epoxying everything down should happen sooner than later

Wow, very nice setup you got there Jessy. I have the same light Tek t5 with 8 bulbs on my 120g, what order is your light bulbs in?

:eek1: Yikes!! Glad your and the tank are okies... did you feel all 27 of the aftershocks??

I would have peed on myself for sure :lol: (no quakes in the heart of dixie, thank the gods!!)

no i didn't feel any of the aftershocks. I'm about 45mins south of the epicenter, and still didn't feel the aftershocks.

so i got some new fish and the two wrasses didn't make it. (Clown Fairy Wrasse and Blue Flasher Wrasse), but the 3 Lyretail anthias are doing well.

Funny story- I got about 25 nassarius snails and 10 astrea snails at the store the other day and I notice one of them is on the floor after I put the rest in. Now, I thought that possibly one of the Nas snails was in the bag and I missed it. Since then my mother (who's house my tank is at) calls me and said that she's been picking up at least one nas snail off the tile floor everyday. HEHE... I guess the little buggers are enjoying the rimless tank and making a break for it. The amazing thing is they are found at least 5 ft away from the tank on the floor. Amazing little creatures.

lol! that is funny. Time to cover the tank! haha. They do move pretty fast for a snail though .

Sorry I missed that one! The order i'm not sure of.... But in general I have 2 purple and 2 blues on the out side four (2 and 2) and the inside 4 are 2 blues one white and one purple.
