Ive also used them and they are top notch. Customer service was spot on and shipping was fast! SAME DAY it was out! Im pretty sure they ship out of B.C. You wont be disappointed.
 
I order from them all the time. They've been around a while and are a pretty popular outfit. Very professional set up. They double check and sign the orders. Never had a mistake from them yet. Got everything faster then expected.
 
Have ordered over $10,000 worth of supplies and products over the years, recently had a problem with a very sub par product that flooded my basement and they did not even see fit to answer my email.
Very dissapointed that they would treat a faithful customer like this.
As far as i am concerned J L Aquatics will never be on my shopping list again.
I gave them a chance to make things right and got zippo.
Buyers beware, great service until you have a problem.
 
always been good to me, side note they do not reply to e mails very well. Phone call works everytime.
 
I live near the actual store and it's the best around, I buy everything there . Best prices and great employees for the past 6 years .
 
My local reef shop price matches everything they sell and will bring anything JL has in if I want it, and they have it in a day or two saving me shipping costs, so really its cheaper for me to buy local.
