joining DRC

Hi all, Iv been on Delawares Reef Club's Site and to no avail can i find a link for joining. was wondering what the prosedure is? Is it all done through the meetings? hows that work? good to read a forum that has people in your area. hope to see more of you on furums soon. thanks Lee
