July 19th Sunday meeting- Field trip to the Cal Academy of science

This is a Sunday meeting and we will be going to the Cal Academy of Science/Steinhart Aquarium in San Francisco.

The club talked about renting a party bus to drive down but the $$$ involved was substantial. So the club has agreed to pay for half of you group ticket rate as compensation.

Discounted Admission Tickets
$29.71 - Adult (18+ yrs, retail price $34.95)
$25.46 - Senior (65+ yrs, retail price $29.95)
$25.46 - Student (18+ yrs w/ student ID, retail price $29.95)
Children ages 3 and under are free

SO general admission will cost 14.90$ per person. We will have a link in the MARS shop later on today so you can pay for your tickets.

There are a few stipulations

1.You must be a card carrying Member
2. You must have attended a meeting some time this year
3. You have to sign up on the MARS site

That's it and we need a minimum of 10, I myself will have 2 of that. So we only need another 8.

We will have a cut off at 15 people so sign up fast!!!! Deadline on 7/16 so we can get the group package ordered

I am here in the Bay Area. Will probably just stay here until tomorrow and head out to sf tomorrow. FYI, there is the aids walk event tomorrow starting at 9am so there may be traffic in sf.
