Eric, aren't those poll answers the same?

yeah, I realized it once I posted it but I cannot edit it...only a mod can. I made a clarification post though.

Have Robert send out a master blast to all on the mailing list that there is a poll about the meeting.

I'm cool with it, but I'll be out of town from the 21st through the 30th. :( Either way I'm gonna miss out.

I would end up missing it, but hey thats life, something else could have popped up anyway.
Chris

Guess its just that time of year where we catch the family vacation time.
I know I will be in the caribbean in Aug so I will miss the Aug meeting.

This was not the clubs fault guy's This is on me, It was my idea to change the meeting date trying to accommodate as many folks as possible.
its me that is disorganised not the club ;)

Maybe one of these times we can try to have a meeting on a Sunday. I would love to be more involved, but there is no way I can leave on a Saturday at work. Just a thought for FUTURE reference. Anthony

I can make it any Saturday usually, and the 29th is no different. Anthony, maybe you can host one of the meetings, and we can have it on Sunday. I think that whoever (whomever?) hosts the meeting should be able to set the day. Does anyone see a problem with that type of scheduling?

To a certain degree we need to have some continuity with the meeting dates. I can say Sunday, historically has been the worst day of the week for getting a strong turnout. It is usually a family day for most people and church day for some. It's up to Robert to work with each individual on the meeting times, and the needs of each individual host are always considered.

I really don't want this thread to turn into a referendum on the meeting dates and locations, rather the subject at hand of pertaining to this next meeting.

ill only be able to come for about 20minutes. was gonna donate or put in on the raffle if i could

Hey, anyday works for me, I havn't missed one yet. I just make time if I have to. Now vacation is a different matter, I take my vacations seriously. lol

It was just a comment,I sure did not want to change the way the meetings are setup, nor did I want the meetings to permanetly change to Sunday. Pertaining to the thread ,that Saturday is fine with me..Since I cannot make it...Maybe Robert will keep that in mind on a possible Sunday meeting before football starts ANd after church gets out. Or maybe I can drop some frags off Late Saturday at someones house before the meeting..
