Jumping maroon clown????

My brothers maroon clown jumped out of his tank last night. Parameters good, temp good, and he's had the clown with no problems for about a year. The only new addition to the tank is a 15" heteractis magnifica which the maroon clown loved from day one. Anyone have any ideas what might have happened?

my gsm jumped last week, i have a 6-line and blenny in there too and they're fine.
had a big poofy BTA and everything, always seemed happy. i woke up one morning and she was on the floor.

All fish jump

All fish jump, some more prone than others, but all fish jump. I am always shocked when people seem surprised that their fish went carpet surfing. I have a lid on my tank and at night I can hear the fish hitting the lid at times.
