June 20th meeting... definitely a "Don't miss"

C-SEA will be meeting for the last time before taking a couple months off for the summer on Friday, June 20th. We will have an excellent opportunity to walk over to the "Touch" exhibit to see and feel the rays and sharks. It will be FREE to all attending and the whole famly is welcome. This is normally an additional $1 fee to enter after you pay for the zoo admission. If you are attending the meeting it will start at the normal time of 7:30 and as usual there should be a nice raffle too!

I saw the Stringray Bay at the Phoenix Zoo. They just closed it for the summer because of the heat. Well worth seeing at either zoo, especially if you bring some children.

Good chance there is going to be a friday night switch. As soon as the board gets some info I'm sure they will post it.

I just got on here to update that info. We got word from the zoo that the 20th won't work for them and we are working on getting another date secured. It looks like it may be the next Friday (27th) instead.

I will post definite info as soon as they let us know. Hope this doesn't prevent anyone from attending. It stinks but it is out of our hands at the moment.

OK official word has been released... We are all set for the Friday after originally planned. The "Touch" exhibit will be ours on Friday, June 27th. Times have not changed.
