we have a 2yr old in this house who is sick. my girlfriends daughter's daughter is sick and was puking last night. she is very precious to me. she has R.S.V. and strep throat..... i myself don't feel bad..... but i'm not gonna do that to yall. if one in a household has it..... well i could be a carrier. like that spidermonkey in the movie OUTBREAK. not gonna risk it. sorry i not gonna be there. better safe than sorry. be a heck of a father's day present to all father's and family to give yall that...... next time for sure ppl. sorry i couldn't make it. i apologize to everyone in advance. the group of people coming seems very nice. next time i may have a piece or 2 of light tan xenia with me to share. my very first piece of coral is doing just fine for those interested in knowing.
 
bring sunscreen, towels, and take your alergy meds b4 u come.

and also who and how many attended and what frags did i miss out on..... i want momma to know so i can rub it in a little. fowlr2reef? hatch'es his plan to attend next shin dig. whoah haa ha. and next step, world domination. J.k. i'm sure zef will appreciate that1. lol. gotta work on my sinister laugh for next time. hope all went well. i feel fine today. still i didn't wanna chance giving the other fathers a present they really didnt want. common consideration. was barely able to abstain. the reef (WARNING) madness has inevitably set in. looking eagerly forward to next. have used a lot of vacation already.....:( vacation=:) used_vacation=:( . oh well them vacation things are very nice ive come to realize.
 
The pool party was fun I had a great time. Bart open his house to 5of us. Josh and his wife, camakasy and bother and myself. We eat frag talk about reeffing and eat. No one jumped in the pool. But some of us got wet. Lol

Easy with the wife talk zef lol :eek2: Actually it was josh and his girlfriend. We had a great time as well. Always good to meet some new guys and talk reef stuff.

dang.. sorry i missed out on the fraggin. i would have liked to see that as i have never fragged a coral. ive only had my 1st coral a week now. light tan xenia. unsure of its name or type. it has been eating well and pulses all the time. looks very happy in its new home. i wanted a starter coral before i started the serious stuff. i guess i have to learn to frag via utube lol. tile wetsaw for the hardstuff i believe. razor for the softer stuff... when fragging a xenia to you take one stalk and cut all the polyps off at the base with a razor? this is just an assumption. then glue to a rock with gel super glue 3 for a doller at doller tree. do you leave one polyp at the center of the original stalk or dispose of the stalk. stuff like that. heck i can find out myself. thats what rc is about. but i would have liked to see zef eviserate that xenia. just to c what i could c. next time. i will have fragged by the time we meet. josh_tn or zef my cell is 931 307 8045 feel free to call about anything. josh u r very local to me. we need to get together some time. i live at the top of keith springs mtn. i ride 4wheelers sumtimes and grill out all the time. come up one day if u not 2 busy. i get 2 show u my 3month old tank. well the tank may be older than me but the algea and cuc is three months old. the fish i was not around when they were born so i could not tell you exactly when..... lol. gimme a call..... whew .... that was long winded wasnt it....:spin3:
 
Lol thanks fowlr2reef. But my skillz on fraging not all that. I drop a xenia in the return pump.

Also there's no need to spilt them with anything they will do it them self. I look at them as a weed of the sea. I was get one off a rock and fell in sump and sucked up by the return.:(
 
thanks 4 the info zef. stuff happens as 2 the xenia in the return. if thats the worst thing that you did, you had a very good day.
