I have had this BTA for about 6 months now, and it seams happy and i was just wondering if there are any bad signs i should look out for so i can have time to correct them.

Heres a picture of it... ignor the clowns they are very protective of there home.

BTA's are quite hardy. Just keep your parameters in check, have good water quality, and give them plenty of light. Very occasionally feed (they don't need much at all).

Warning signs for a problem are:
-foot not attached/floating around
-mouth agape (stringy bits/guts hanging out)
-smell test. If it smells bad, then be concerned.

BTA's sometimes wander if there is a change in their environment. Lighting, flow, etc. This is normal. Sometimes they just decide to wander on their own in search of a new spot. Some stay in one spot for years.

Don't worry if it deflates on occasion, twists up, or some such. They occasionally expel water or waste (poop).

Another BTA health tip. Keep an eye on them, and be aware that a powerhead/pump is an anemone killer. Blended anemone can pollute a tank something nasty.
