This may have been done before, but I'm new so forgive me.....

Would it be a good idea for everyone to bring a frag to the next meeting. Number them and put them on a table and everyone draws a number.

Everyone gets a door prize that way and if you don't want what you win, I bet someone will want it.

Even if I can't make it to the next meeting, I would still kick in a frag.

Another idea might be to have the people that would bring stuff to swap to do so and have a raffle. A few bucks a chance. Club makes some extra money and everyone that wants one has a chance at one.
