Just another RBTA thread.

Hey y'all I'm back from taking a hiatus with tropical reef tanks. I've been keeping coldwater tanks to bridge the gap. But I just couldn't stay away. So I started a fluval nano and cycled it for three months. I plan to upgrade down the road so my stock list reflects that. I picked up a couple little clarkii's that were tiny but one was definitely the boss in her tank and and the male was obviously not in charge so I figured they would pair quickly and have done that. And now with the tank hanging steady I added their new home, the RBTA. The lady at the Lfs said it had split a week ago. It looked 90% healed so I figured it would be worth a shot. Anyway I figured I'd share some pics and a video if I can remember.

This video is shot with only my little 50/50 light bar. I didn't like how saturated it looks with my led array in pics.

Yep I agree that it needs more flow it has the stock return pump. But it's close. It's a spec v. I won it in a raffle with my fish club a couple years back. It's not a finished product but it just feels good to be on the tropical side.
I am gonna need to stay on it but my filtration is running good. My hope is that it has benefitted from the long soak.
