did you use the tripod?

No tripod, I like to work with speedlights, these were taken with the on camera pop-up flash triggering a remote SB-800. I use just enough to get control of the exposure and tank lighting. I usually set it to about 1/32 or 1/64 of full, kind of a heavy fill setting, the Nikon will flash sync up to 1/500, so it actually helps a great deal.
