Just found creatures in tank..

Hello my tank has been set up now for around 6-7 week this is my 1st aquarium.I just pointed my torch to some of my rock and it had around 5 little creatures on!Biggest one was around 1cm smallest 3mm.Looked like some sort of grey/transparent cockroach thingy.I wanted to know if thats a common new tank set up pest or not.I have nothing else living in the tank.

Sounds like amphipods. Beneficial.

I have some new creatures not sure what ive searched but no luck.At around 9pm when the lights are off i have hundreds of tiny (1mm tiny) white things running and swimming around.Also have the small snowflake things... Radiolarian? Any info on these?

The snowflake things are probably hydroid jellyfish.
