What brand titanium heaters are recommended? and i would think 2 would be better than 1?? everyone thank you for all the help. after the weekend i am going to start ordering things i need so i want to get all the info i can

well ro system is working, got the plumbing done and am filling for the leak test. I ordered 50lbs of marco rock and am going to find something different to add to get to around 90lbs, what kind of sand would you recommend. I have been looking at the carib sea fiji pink...is the size right for sand dwelling creatures?

Now that everything is running the overflow into sump sounds like a waterfall, how does everyone plumb into filter sock for noise abatement??

got a steady 1.025 but am going to do something different with heat, it fluctuates from 78.4 to 79.6. I ordered a different brand with digital control. maybe will get more stability. Going to start the cycle tomorrow so in a few weeks maybe I will have something living in it

Nothing to worry about. Mine fluctuates 3 degrees per day. What is the thermostat set too? Lights will cause the increase no matter how good the heater is.

its set at 78, it never goes below that but today it was at 79.9 before it dropped. I started the cycle sunday night and have been running the lights 12 hours on and 12 hours off, should i do more? less? the water is clear and everything is running. how long till i should see something happen? a week?
