But seriously working at an lfs I deal with dumb people all the day but I get really heated when people come in complain to me that their yellow tang doesn't seem to do well in their nano tank...
Then when I try to explain to them why it won't work their response invariably starts with "Well the guy at Petco told me..."
So essentially I am asking if anyone has come up with a good way to communicate with these people why this is un-ethical...I have tried as many approaches as I can and will refuse to sell some fish to people but I would like to inspire them to actually care about the animals...
