Just one more fish!

Hey everyone. I have a 72 bow with tons of LR and LS. Filtration is is 2 emperor's; 400 and 280 plus a Sea Clone 150 skimmer. I moved into the bigger tank back in June from a 29g. I'm working with 1.5 years exp all together at this point. I am looking to add to my stocking list but can't seem to find a good fit.

Here's what I have now:

1 Yellow Tang (may have to move him out eventually if he ovegrows)
2 clowns
1 Pygmy Angel
1 Cleaner Shrimp
1 Fire Shrimp
Lots of hermits and a couple of snails, and a green emerald crab

It seems I can't add another tang because of the bio load and 48" width

Another angel would probably outgrow and or have problems with the Pygmy.

I'm thinking I would have to go with a blenny, goby wrasse etc. but I don't want a fish that is going to hang out in the rockwork his whole life.

Throughout the life of the 72 I've gone through a Flame Angel, Clown Tang, fire fish, Queen angel and a Tiny hippo that was just way to small. I think I killed the flame angel with chemi-clean trying to get rid of cyano (last resort). The others succumbed to ich which briefly effected the other fish but they seemed to pull through it with some garlic and hypo.

Ideally, I would like to lose the emperors and go with a wet dry + refugium but since the tank is not drilled and I live in a 2nd floor apt. an overflow is out of the question. In other words, my options are few.

I really only want one more fish but it has to be something that would have an obvious visual presence.

Please let me know your thoughts.

There's a few good fish. Some of the Haliochoere's wrasses such as the Ornate (aka Christmas) wrasse, yellow wrasse etc. are usually out and about once they settle in. Also small dottybacks the Orchid or Neon look nice and aren't too obnoxious. Royal Gramma's, firefish are also some good choices.

You might like a lawnmower blenny (algae blenny, Salarius fasciatus). They perch on rock work, pick at algae, and have funny little personalities. It would be a completely different type of fish than the ones you have now, and would inhabit a different area of the tank (rock surface rather than back-and-forth in the open areas. One of my all-time favorites, very amusing.

:)
