Just ordered a Neptune PH Probe from you and can't get it to work right?

Just ordered a Neptune PH Probe from you and can't get it to work right? I have posted in the Neptune forum also but I bought it from you guys. After calibrating it the probe always reads in the 4.3's which obviously is not correct. How should I go about taking care of this.
