Just picked up a rock with these smal mushrooms

Can you guys tell me what they are. They are pretty small but have some cool colors; what do you guys think?

Do these grow/split pretty quickly or will they pretty much how they are?

once they get acclimated they'll probably start spreading quickly... it also depends on how much you feed too.

Mine grow like weeds in the back yard. Just keep them from spreading to other rocks .
