I can't wait to see those pics ... I thought about ordering from them, but just couldn't justify the cost. I am glad that you are pleased.

Did you order the package? I imagine part 2 will be even more spectacular

cool ... I have never seen their rock in person, but all of the pics I have seen have been amazing.

if you don't mind me asking, what were the shipping costs on 1/2 the package to chicago?

Grats Rockdiver,

I have Tbs rock and I could not be happier. Every single time I sit and look at my tank I find something new (tank is 6 months old) and off I go to try and ID it. The only thing bad I found so far was a Mantis which I traded the next day for frags and a bunch of gorilla crabs, it seems I'll never be done spearing them :) I still have a mantis or pistol in the tank (hear clicking all the time) but I have not seen it yet.

I would start pulling the macro stuff, It will get out of control if you let it. We pulled all of ours and it still finds a way to keep growing back

I got 50lbs for my set-up couldn't have been happier with just loaded with life and also like the fact that they ship it in water.
there were so many types of worms and stars in the bottom of the bags I couldn't believe it come corals as well.

what were the shipping costs on 1/2 the package to chicago
100.00 to midway on a saturday. Not alot of traffic lol
Very first rock was from them like 9 years ago and its still good

Would you say the rock is dense for it's size, compared to say Figi or Bali rock? What is the long term survivability of the all the clams, sponges, feather dusters ect, do you think you'll need to feed them? I thought about buying some to get some diversity to my tank. My rock is solid pink, but no real visible life.

Ya the rock is heavy and dense but with that said I will be mixing my other rock with it once the tank is cycled.. I really like the rock tho so that was decision.
this is all based on my last time ordering there
clams lasted around a year these are not the colorful one i called them rock clams??
dusters lasted forever
sponges good long time till tank crashed but other wise over a year
only theng that didnt last were the bi-valves(?) think thats what they are called or maybe barnakels??
