I live in the middle of nowhere and HAVE TO do a lot of ordering online. I have learned to check those guarantees and return policies. Now tell me, what is the point of a return policy that states: "All returned items must be unopened, undamaged, and able to be resold"?? Why would you return something before you even open it? And if there is a problem once you do, you have just voided the guarantee and can't return it. What kind of return policy is that? Just wondering . . .
