Just scam

It was Premium Aquaticss I purchased some item from them then for the item I receive to Singapore was a faulty set (neptunes apex controller). They said must send back to brand company itself. Then I called up for neptunesys company that I need to foot my shipment fees to their company, at this time I been losing around 500dollar I call it an unlucky day to me. Then I feel like to purchase another set this time I live chat with them and they agreed to give me 15% discount to cover some of my lost. ( I still have the live chat that we had that day as proof). And they want me to make payment first before they can adjust the invoice so I make payment. At this time another online store already discount for me same 15% i jus need to transfer the amount after discount to them to proceed.( as regular customer and heart that PA.com aggreed to give same discount i paid for it but then....after 2-3 days later I bring up the issue to the company and they said will check for me and will email me. After a week went pass I was curious they never mail me back, so I make up my mind I will purchased more item so they no need to refund the money but bill in another new purchased invoice. At this time I live chat again with them and they checked that they not going to refund the 15% to me and I had to foot all the bill myself.
I feel really upset when I heard that as a reefer we are trying to keep our hobby perfect and willing to pay money to it but noted that I got another seller can give me more discount that I no need to pay more around 70 USD including the controller/powerbar and some module. This is so cheated and dishonest seller I ever meet thank you for your time to read this.
 
I think there is some miscommunication going on here. If you could please email me your order number to jeremy@premiumaquatics.com I'd be happy to look into It for you and get it taken care of.

It's good you are here to try settle the problem nicely and politely today but that day the manners is not like that...Maybe I raise the issue here huh ?

Anyway I don't want to pursue this issue anymore.
 
I have had numerous orders and bought numerous items from Premium Aquatics and have NEVER been scammed or had a dishonest order or chat with them. I live about 60 miles north of them and will drive the hour each way to just get their great deals. Talking to them instore they have ALWAYS be honest and informative about their products and livestock. In fact that the only store(other than from friends) I buy all my livestock from.
There was no way they could have known they sent you a faulty neptunes apex controller set and to ship it to Singapore could not have been cheap.
Don't know what Neptune Systems return/exchange policy is but it sounds like that is where your troubles lies with them instead of Premium Aquatics.
As for th 15% discount, if they truly stated that(your english is a little hard to read and understand) they did or would have given it to you. They have many Holiday and discount times where the gave a large % off on orders, so I don't see why they would have tried to scam or be dishonest to you for just 15%.
All in all they are a great and honest company and think something just got messed up in the english translation between you and them.




I believe they won't purposely sent me the faulty set but maybe there is something wrong in between the shipment by courier or any other issue and I never blame them for this if not I won't purchased the 2nd times. I only feel angry that they agree to give discount before the transaction and will adjust the invoive and refund it to me but after I purchased the item and I had to email them the issue then don't know why they said not gonna refund it THIS is what I mean dishonest and felt cheated. Furthermore I not going to pursue this issue anymore my apologize for hard to read and understand.
 
I have checked with every associate here you would have spoken to and it doesn't sound familiar to anyone. If you could give me any name or order number I'd like to look into this and find out specifically what happened.

We have never offered to work out a deal with a customer and went back and said we would no longer honor that arrangement we made.
