Seein's how that coral looks pretty darn sweet, he may be living w/ the harmless version... if any others are showing poor PE or fading, however, I'd have to give the opposite answer.

Any chance you can divulge your source on that beauty?

I thought the same thing when I saw the picture.....all my acros are going into QT anyway for pest eradication....I have had the worse luck with reef pests as of late.......I only wish I set up the QT right from the beginning. That being said this frag is growing very quickly!

Are there really harmless RB's? Its funny because I have just one acro that I got that has some on them and it shows full PE at night and grows like a weed?

Can anyone elaborate on that. Sorry I didn't mean to jack your post. You frag is showing nice growth and to the look of it its showing PE as well so if there are harmless RB's, you must have them too?

Go figure?

Here is a shot of my acro with them and it has PE during the day and even more at night. Also it grows like mad? You can see them and they are only on this one acro? I fragged others and checked them and none have spread? Whats with that?

Interesting....I experience the same thing with my PE...I am not taking any chances so an interceptor attack is on the way soon....

See I would do the interceptor but am afraid of killing off other things? I have a cleaner shrimp in the tank I have had for some time and can NOT catch it or it would go in my babies tank.

i must have the harmless ones also they are on my a. valida and its doing great been that way for 9 months at least now and no signs of stress from them.... none of my otehr corals seem to have them so i must be lucky lol
