This happened thursday night here in morgantown these apartments are on my street about 2 blocks away so i got a good view
there are 8 buildings 4 of the buildings were finish 2 were 90 % done the two that didn't burn have BAD fire damage they are melted on the sides but should be fine.
To do some math...
there were 24 units in each building thats 6 building thats 144 units burnt to ashes!!!!
Ok we looked at these befor me got my condo that im in now they were ~$200,000 for the cheepest one!!!!!!!! ok the 200,000$x144 units =$28,800,000 in property
I hope somone has good insurance lol these were luxury very very very fancy to
