Took these this week. Few Lps that I have collected here, and there. When I first got some of these pieces they were on deaths door. Now they are doing really well.

One of the Lord in the Picture I aquiered after a gentelmans wife poured liquid dranio in his tank. It killed everything, but the lord. So, lesson in all this folks....Hide the liquid draino from the wife! 3rd pic down in case you are wondering. =)

Cyphastrea Delicata I was told? Spelling may be off. That coral was wrote of as a goner 4 months ago. It came back with full force, and is an example of never to give up on a coral.

I love cyphastreas I think the branching kind like that is a decicada or something like that. aims has it on their website just can't remember how to spell it.. others are more encrusting without the branches. That particular strain is often confused with SPS corals

Thanks folks for the coments, I have other Acan pics I will throw up. I have an Aussie Acan that looks just like a "superman" Monti in colors.

The Cyphastrea is by far my favorite coral, and can't wait to see what it turns into.

Your cyphastrea decadia really looks nice, deep colors...I also have one picture attached. This is when I first received it. The base color is the same, but the polyps have now become more vibrant. I have mine on the bottom where is yours placed?

I keep it really low with very low light. low to med flow. It is a great piece. When I dipped it when I first got it the frag it turned stark white with little pink dots. I thought it was so dead. What a surprise.

Thats a good macro shot of your also. I have some more LPS I will post tonight.

Steelers fan huh? Pats are going all the way this year (There a little bit heavier with all the camera equipment) Non the less! We will win another ring this year =)
