Just upgraded from 125 to 240... Question

I had my livestock in holding bins and was going to wait another week or so before transferring in my acro frags and sps etc. but then I realized they weren't doing so well in the holding bins that had lots of random flow and a heater.

I am curious of moving them into a completely sterile tank with all new water (alk and calcium match old tank) will do any harm??? I'm afraid since I essentially did a 100% change if that's too sudden and could shock the sps??? They didn't look happy at all in the bins: no PE, some starting to brown out so I moved them into the new tank.

First world problems, eh?

How much of your 120 water do you have or how much water do you have in you holding bins? Essentially if you transfer to a complete new system with 100% new water things are going to get weird.
