Just what is "medium" or "high" flow?

I just started adding sps corals to my tank and now my biggest stress is if they are recieving the right amount of flow. I have 2 Koralia pumps, one on each side of the tank, each with a flow rate of 425 gph. So how do I know if they are happy with the flow? The tank size is a 29 gal.

With your two powerheads you have a 29.5 gph turn overrate. Most people with SPS have 50-60 or more. You also want random flow.

I have a 37 gallon and use an mp40 and an mp10. The mp40 alone was enough flow, but I just added the mp10 to get more random flow. My tank is starboard barebottom SPS. I run the mp1p at 100% and the mp40 about 70%. This gives me almost 100x turnover but PE is great with careful placement.

as long as there is PE and nothing settling in the coral it is fine. I do like lots of flow for other reasons, high oxygen and not letting detritus settle.
in my 90gal DT when BB i have 3 x MP40 on 100% RC and 4 x 6045, now i added a sand bed i only use the 3 x MP40 or sand blows everywhere.
