Juvenile clowns

I was looking for a pair of smaller/juvenile clownfish.

Can anyone help me out where to pick them up? I am just setting up a new tank and would like to "grow" them out.

Any help would be great!

If you want a smaller pair I would suggest you pair them up yourself. It is really pretty easy to do and will save you money. Plus, common clownfish pairs are often established at wholesalers anyways and not imported together unless the breed is very rare.

Nearly every ocellaris, perc, and gsm I see at the LFS are juveniles. What kind of clown are you looking for? I'd think any local store would have tank raised juveniles of the common types.

Also keep in mind that you cannot accurately judge the age of a clownfish based on its size. The only time it is safe to assume they are young is when they are tank raised as the wholesalers generally don't hold them long once they reach a sellable size.

Thanks for all the help guys. I have contacted a few local people that have some tank raised ones.
