Kalk in ato question

Gives Bad Advice.
So, I recently switched to adding kalk into my ato reserve.

My question is, because of the evaporation rate, is it better to leave my sump light on 24/7 or just continue running the fuge light opposite of my display? I know that I evap more at night than during the day but I'm not sure if this will cause any unwanted issues.

Thoughts?
Yesterday I ran 141alk by the end of the day which was an increase off 137. Today it is back to 137 after being 141 this morning.

Thanks in advance.

I dont think the light in the supm will make much of a difference unless its a MH bulb or something really powerful.

It's not it's a cheap Home Depot clip on. I just know that my evap is more at night than during the day for whatever reason and I want to balance it.

then I wouldnt mess with it. Not sure why you evaporate more at night but if you are it can be a good thing since the ph of tanks are difinelty lower at night. kalk has a high ph, so its a good thing.
