Kangaroo Dosing Pump

I have a Kangaroo 324 dosing pump but I dont have any tubing for it.

Does anyone know where to buy replacement tubing?

I will be using it as a kalk/top off water replacement.

One end will be in a 32g Brute trashcan and the other to my sump.
