Keep the Profilux II or buy APEX for DIY LED set up.

ok I can't decide what to do here.. I keep going back and forth.I have a DIY led set up using Mean well ELN-60-48D drivers And would like to use the dimming features. with a controller. I have a Profilux II which i can get the EVG-AP-2F-HC cards additonal $100 to get that to work
or
I could sell the Profilux off and get a full Apex unit and i belive i can plug them directly without any additional modules (Apex will be appx $150 after i sell off the profilux) out of pocket and have the additonal Iphone capability. the whole thunderstorm thing isnt a big deal for me because it scares the:hmm3: out of my fish..
i just want cool dimming functions... For sunrise sunset

Thats really going to depend on what all do you control with your profilux. Never had one, but I do have the Apex and now that have had it for a while. I wonder why I did not do it sooner.

Im Only using very basic controls with the profilux now, sump light temp ph and a fan
I want to have the dimmable function now. But I'm trying to figure out if the Apex is more advanced than the profilux 2 I would like to have the iPhone app but that's kinda just a cool toy.
The main focus is the sunrise sunset function .
Should I put more money into the profilux 2 or sell and get the apex

I'd get the Apex, I just bought one with my led kit from reefledlights (they have the best price on it) and it's awesome. I like it even better than my reefkeeper elite.
