Need help with 5 Volt PWM Converter

I purchased this at Steve's LED for a LED DIY project and realized after I got it that it only outputs a 5 Volt Signal which is my fault I should have read the details properly. I need a 10 volt version anyone know if this can be programmed or anyway to make it do 10 volts? The 12Volt Meanwell power supply needs 10volts. I assume it will only dim to 50 percent with this?

This is the controller I decided to buy after reading the article. I'm interfacing with my Apex.

I really don't want to spend $25 for this. Any ideas what I can do instead?

Those will work with either 1-10v or 10v PWM. Does you Apex have 0-10v outputs? The only issue is you may have to set a timer for AC power to come on once the the 0-10v signal reaches 1v to get it to work. Also they come on at 10%.

I talked with Steve's LED and they are trying to sell me a 10 volt PWM converter which is another $25 bucks that's not right. I take it all dimmable drivers use a 10 volt PWM signal what is the 5 volt controllers for? So instead of a $25 controller I have to spend another $25 ($50) to Steve's LED to make the controller they sold me interface my apex properly that's dishonest!

I use Meanwell LDD drivers and they are 5 volt PWM. I use the AVC module with my controller to control them. The LDD drivers do require a DC power supply instead of 120v AC. The voltage is dependant on which drivers and how many LED's are in a string.
