I have a 60 gallon mixed reef with several green bubble tip anemone, I bought and added a rose bubble tip anemone yesterday. Overnight the rose walked over and is now right against a green, is this okay will they co-habitat together? Does anyone have experience with this, please share.
Thank you.

My RBTA and GBTA actually live on seperate sides of the tank, The RBTA moved around for a week, the GBTA never moved 1" since I had it.

Every time mine move, I put it back where I like it. They always seem to move to the back of a rock out of sight..Grrr!!

yes no matter what you do if they don't like where you put them they are going to move until they find that sweet spot in the tank:cool:

I had GBTA and added RVTA on the other side of the big LR. The tentacles of both started to connect very often. Within 2 weeks both started to decline and finally in a month green was dead. Red survived from close to dead state. Just sharing what I had and probably there were other factors involved.

They will be fine touching. my LFS keeps them like this all the time

I just bought an RBTA and I already have a GBTA in my 60 Gallon.

I've had to separate them twice, but they always seem to find each other. Before the introduction of the RBTA, my GBTA would move around the tank. Now that they colonize together, they don't seem to be moving at all. They don't seem to be stinging/fighting at all. They seem to almost depend on each other for security.

Hopefully, I'm right?
