keeping pipes and poneys

I have three empty tanks (6g, 5g, 10g) and MAYBE a 15g that I could use to make a low flow tank dedicated to some. I am a complete nubie at them so I have sme questions, what kinds could I be keep? how many could I keep? what could I keep with them? what should the tank look like? what would I feed them?

The only thing you could keep in a tank that small would be dwarf seahorses which require daily hatching/feeding of brine shrimp. Do LOTS of research on this website as well as the dedicated seahorse website and decide whether you're up for the work or not.

You may be able to keep a bluestripe pipe IF (and only if) it was trained to eat frozen foods like chopped mysis and cyclopeeze.

Thats pretty small for seahorses or pipefish, unless you want to keep dwarf seahorses, but they are more work because you always have to feed them live baby brine shrimp.
seahorse.org has tons of info on seahorses and pipefish.

would a small bluestripe pipe be able to live in a medium flow 20g w/ 29g fuge? tank mates would be a percula clown, 1-2 small gobies, and a small blenny. the pipes would also be sharing the tank with various LPS, zoas, shrooms, and a BTA. also would have some small hermits, snails, some ornamental crabs, and shrimp (no coral banded shrimp).
