Kent Marine Shut Off Valve

I just tried hooking up my Kent Marine Shut Off Valve and I don't think it is working right. I want to know if anyone is using it and how it is setup. Every time I turn the water on it seems to fill up the unit then I get this loud vibrating noise coming from the pipe it taps into like there is a problem with the back pressure or something and I don't really know what to do. I also don't want to take it off and let the ro/di unit run constantly when it is only topping off a small amout of evaporation a day. Please give me some suggestions or ways of setting it up properly. Thanks

I switch my to a regular aso valve no more noise.
This thing was making so much noise it was keeping me up at night . I call Kent and they said it was normal and it will go away after a week i had it on for a month and the noise got better but never go away completely .
I now have it with a regular aso valve from a vendor here in RC work very good.
