Would this be too big of an upgrade for a 16g biocube or would it be ok. Had my other monti go brown and now I know its the lighting. I was reading on the brs website and someone asked if this would be ok on there 20g in which they replied it would be great for it. What are your thoughts?

A160 would be the better choice if you wanted to stick with Kessils. A360 is overkill for such a small tank. It would still work, but I'd moderate the intensity.

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking the same thing but I dont want to buy a light and realize I should of got a better one. Always go big or go home right? In the end I just want my corals to be happy.

I debated for a while for my 40b. Eventually I decided on the 360. I read that it's better for SPS, altho I don't have many right now, I like the flexibility to be able to when/if I choose to. I only have one right now, and will eventually get 2. But I was also thinking down the line, when I get a chance to upgrade to a bigger tank, I'm set with lighting. I've learned that it's worth spending more now will save me a ton of money down the road, especially if you plan on upgrading to larger tanks.

whats wrong with the kessil A80? i thought kessil were the bees knees? i was thinking of getting that light for my 120L Or the Ai prime? but if its not upto the job i wont waste the money..
