Kessil tuna 360 schedule

What do you guys think of this schedule for my 54 gallon mixed reef? Appreciate any advice to make it better. I'm new to this hobby

This light doesn't come on until about 12-15%, so your first two hours will be dark. 55% is a bit too blue for my tastes, but it's functionally fine.

If you've got the spectral controller it will come on as low as 2%. You are right about manual mode. 15% is where. It comes on. I have a LPS setup and after acclimation ramp the Kessil A360we up to 80 or 90% with 4hours of a 2 bulb ATI retrofit kit for supplementation and it's thriving. My BTAs still stretch toward it.. If you've got a mixed reef you'll be going higher.

Hmmmmn. Don't want to hijack this chaps thread but I'm skeptical. Reason I didn't get the K spectral controller is that I was told it's no better than the apex.

I'll go to the other thread. Sorry to hijack. I have the evidence just can't seem to post the video I just made. The Apex system is so much more versatile, it runs everything. The spectral controller. Just the Kessil.

I'm running a 12 hour photo period with max intensity at 40% for two hours with max color of 35% this is over a 30x20x16 reef. Move slow if you go up in intensity. I light shocked starting at 65% intensity and this was coming from running a A350w for two years at 65%

I'll probably try to bump max intensity up to 45% at the end of the month. I don't plan to go any higher on the color. How deep is your tank?
