I have been looking everywhere as well for these... I have been told the big shipments should be coming in Mid June 2011. I preordered mine from neptune aquatics and I am really excited!! my new cube tank is cycling now and I paid out the 500 for two of these 15k units. I was going to go with the ecoxotic canon blue and supplement with some 10k T5 lighting but I can hold out one more month.

Those seem to be coming out of Singapore for about $200 more than MAP price. They are made in Taiwan. So they might have them before the states just for and extra $.
