had fried dolphin tonight....tomorrow is wahoo on the grill....bring the beer!

Send some of that dolphin to Missouri....little hard to get up here and some of the best fish you can EVER eat!!!!! damn i miss my tour in Homestead.

tonight is fresh tuna fish salad.....

You would not believe how Homestead has rebounded since Andrew....new construction everywhere!

I was lucky in getting out of there before Homestead AFB was relocated to the Gulf of Mexico....I have seen pix of what the area looked like afterwards and it made me sick. I hope the rebuild was for the better of the area because there was some VERY bad spots down there.

I still want you to send me some of that fish!!!!!!!! LOL
