Killer Hermits strike again.

Has anyone heard of killer hermits because I have one and he ate my peppermint shrimp twice. The first time I thought the shrimp was eaten by a coral piece or died. Now I bought a new shrimp to takes its place and What do you know it has a whole gang that jumps shrimp after lights out. What to do with the criminals? When I Bought the hermits they were living with peppermints in a show tank with fish and corals.
