I just bought a fixer-upper sailboat today, a 1976 Siren 17. I'm gonna need some stuff, thought maybe someone here might have it laying around from previous projects... List as follows:
I'm gonna need fiberglass resin, I figure about a gallon, with hardener.
I'm gonna need some teak or oak. One piece will need to be about 2' long by 2" thick by 12" deep. The other 2 will need to be about 3 feet by 6" by 2".
I'm gonna need some trailer parts, starting with a winch, winch stand, rollers with brackets, leaf springs, goal posts (guide-ons for the boat to get on the trailer), cushions (custom made, if anyone in your family is in that trade). I have some equipment for trade, frags, or a few other things we could work out. Let me know if you have access to any of these items.
